Stance:
We will teach you to stand a stance in front of your training partner. How to position yourself in a relaxed stance and not stiffened up.
Jab:
We will teach you how to use a jab without using excessive force, and without sustaining any injuries.
Hook:
We will teach you how to punch a hook. A hook is a little harder to learn, but it doesn't take long to pick it up. Again, a relaxed move.
Uppercut:
We will teach you to use the uppercut safely. Using the uppercut comes from your legs and torso. It sounds painful, but believe me it isn't.
We will be teach you different combinations, but not just combinations, cardio mixed in, a litte bit of everything.
We will be doing workouts which consists of:
warm up; training and cardio session with rests in between; cool down
